Here is a simple trick for all Android phones by which they can add (not change) any name on their status bar as operator. It may cause problems to your status bar so have a backup available of your systemui.apk file.
How to do ?
1. Download the apk file below I attached.
2. Open it & enter your new operator name (any name) to be added as a operator onto your status bar.
3. Select Ok.
4. It will be ask for a backup of your status bar (if you want to backup select Yes : else select No).
5. Grant root access and when done, select Reboot.
6. It will make a beep-like sound for seconds and then it will restart your phone.
