TASKS BEFORE INSTALL XPERIA DUOS ROM :-

• First download the Rom and Settings.apk
• Now open the ROM using Winrar or Winzip or another zip utility, then navigate to System/App
• Now drag and drop the Settings.apk (which you downloaded recently) into the System/App folder it may ask you to overwrite something then say yes.
• Now you have a rom ready to be flashed.

NOW YOU ARE READY FOR INSTALL XPERIA DUOS ROM :-

ITS RECOMMENDED TO BE ON STOCK ROM BEFORE INSTALLING IT.

• Backup your System first using CWM (Needed)
• Download Patch file
• Now copy Modified ROM and Patch file to the SD Card. Do Not put it in any folder. It ain't work.
• Turn Off your Device and go to Recovery Mode By Pressing and Holding this Key Combination Volume Up + Home Button + Power Button.
• Once you entered into the Recovery Mode. You will see the Blue Color User Interface where you can't use Touchscreen. Instead use "Volume Up and Volume Down to move Up and Down". And "Home Button to Select". And "Power Button used to go Back"
• Once you entered into Recovery Mode, select "Apply Update from Sdcard" option and choose downloaded Clockwork MOD which is "CWM-try1.zip".
• When you're in Clockwork MOD Recovery, You should Wipe your Data/Cache by selecting "wipe data/factory reset" and "wipe cache partition" to make this ROM Work Properly. (Needed)

{ Wipe Dalvik cache by selecting "Advanced->Wipe Dalvik cache" (Optional) }

• After wipe, select "Install zip from sd card" option. And then "choose zip from sdcard", Now browse the Xperia ROM which is "Xperia for Duos.zip".
• Now select "Install zip from sd card" option. And then "choose zip from sdcard", Now browse the Patch file for Xperia ROM which is "UOT-07-14-12-42-2.zip".
• Once Patching was successful. You have to Reboot your Phone by select "Reboot System Now". For the first System Start-Up it will take much time to start. So be Patience.
• If you think that the size of the rom is huge then you can delete xperia apps from /system/app remember that widgetpicker.apk is NEEDED if you want those widgets.
• If the rom gets stuck on samsung logo then please restore to your previous rom and remove the custom kernel.
