• First Download CWM.zip & Android Pe.zip from the below link
• Put Both The Files into The S.D. Card
• Enter In the Recovery Mode by Volume up + Home Button + Power Button 
• Choose The ''appy update from sd card'' & choose CWM.zip This will take to Clockwork Recovery Mode
• Here Touch Screen Will be Function less Scroll Up & Down By Volume Keys
• In Clockwork Mode Choose ''Install zip from S.D. Card'' then Choose Zip From S.D. then Select Android Pe.zip File After Flashing Reboot..
