Open Root Explorer
copy accuweather.apk and paste into \ system\app\here
& give root permission to to rw--r--r


For S_voice Android Phone.apk

Open Root Explorer
copy S_voice Android Phone.apk and paste into \ system\app\here
& give root permission to to rw--r--r

For GalaxyS4-Ringtones-SamMobile.zip

Extract It Copy all files to sd card
Open Root Explorer
copy all files and paste into \ system\media\audio\ringtones\here
& give root permission to to rw--r--r

For GalaxyS4-Wallpapers-SamMobile.zip

Extract It Copy all files to sd card
& simply select wall paper
